The mini album is done, kept the spine simple with not much hanging, wanted the rustic look. It will hold a ton of pictures as there are so many pockets, tags, photo mats and hiding places,
Hair bands make great closures
Tim Holtz Hitch Fasteners,,,they are perfect...
Page flips up to reveal a pocket and tag, each page has a top card that pulls out, and a side double sided photo mat

This week at H2H Challenge Blog they are looking for tropical and summer themed projects. These are some shots of our trip to Rincon this January. Shrimp boats, shrimp on the beach, on a stick, and very polite but hungry pelicans. I used all CTMH paper, including Surfs Up, and it's compliments. I also used lots of epoxy bubbles, blue and browns. The hammock on the tree was made using our burlap ribbon. I highlighted the sand with our glitter gel. I used the Cricut Life's a Beach cartridge.
Head over to H2H blog and have a look at the great artwork and add some of your own.

Here is the completed Gatefold mini Album using Teresa Collins Everyday Moments paper collection. I made this album from the ground up with chipboard and the hidden hinge system. My Sisters Scrapper has a great tutorial on this process. There are three pocket pages on each side of the book and they inter fold so that the book can close. Each page has a double sided insert that can be pulled out , and they are photo mats. This album will hold a ton of photos and memories. I have tried to make it as interactive as I could, with fold outs, explosion page, two mini waterfalls etc.
My embellishments consist of CTMH, Butterbee Scraps metals, Petaloo flowers, ribbons, etc....
